Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, items like battery water, electrolyte, or any liquid-based product are non-exchangeable once opened.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Email us at [your email] with your order number, item(s) to be exchanged, and a brief explanation.

  2. Include clear photos of any damaged or incorrect items.

  3. Wait for confirmation and instructions from our support team before sending anything back.

3. Return Shipping for Exchange

  • If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • If the exchange is for other reasons (e.g., wrong item ordered by customer), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your exchange within 3–5 business days and ship out the replacement item.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used or installed parts

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Opened liquids or hazardous materials

  • Items returned without original packaging
