All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving full payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and prompt delivery. Estimated delivery times:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 business days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, customs, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available for selected items or promotional periods.

4. Heavy or Bulky Items

Items such as suspension components, engine parts, or jacks may incur additional shipping charges due to weight or size. These will be clearly stated at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment with the assigned courier.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship hazardous materials such as battery water or electrolyte to certain regions due to courier or legal restrictions. If your location is affected, we will notify you immediately and provide alternatives or a full refund.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
